Durch die Kombination aus Hallen- und Freibad weist es eine sehr gute Grundauslastung auf. Nun werden Sanierungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten notwendig. Gleichzeitig verfugt Bad Durkheim als Kurstadt auch uber ein Thermalbad, welches am aktuellen Standort mittelfristig nicht weiter betrieben werden kann. Als Eigentumerin des Salinariums schreiben die Stadtwerke Bad Durkheim GmbH insofern Leistungen zur Technischen Gebaudeausrustung i. S. v. SS 73 VgV zur Erweiterung des Salinariums um eine Therme und dessen Sanierung/Modernisierung aus. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemass SS 55 HOAI. Die Leistungserbringung hat im laufenden Betrieb zu erfolgen. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung vorgesehen.Awards
