Der Gesamtkostenrahmen (KG 200-700) betragt ca. 3 400 000 EUR, netto. Der Bauherr zieht eine Reduzierung der Wasserflache sowie eine Ausfuhrung in mehreren Bauabschnitten in Betracht. Es kann zu geringfugigen Anpassungen an den Freianlagen kommen. Es soll eine Attraktivierung der Anlage erzielt werden.
