Es verfugt uber UG, EG und 1.-4. OG. Die Fassade ist gemauert und verputzt, die Fenster sind in Kunststoffbau weise mit Doppelverglasung und Rollladen ausgefuhrt. Die VBL beabsichtigt hier, Objektplanungsleistungen fur die Sanierung der Fassade zu vergeben. Die Fenster im UG und EG wurden schon erneuert. Hier sind nur die Scheiben gemass dem noch abzustimmenden Sicherheitskonzept auszutauschen. Ab dem 1.-4. OG werden neue Fenster eingebaut, wobei im 1.OG ebenfalls Sicherheitsanforderungen bestehen. Im 2. bis 4. OG ist die Demontage der asbesthaltigen Innenfensterbanke (gemass TRGS 519) geplant. Ein aussenliegender Sonnenschutz, dessen Steuerung von einem Fachplaner TA geplant wird, ist zu montieren und auf die zentrale Gebaudeleittechnik aufzuschalten. Die Montage des Warmedammverbundsystems auf der Ost- und Westseite sowie einer vorzuhangenden Plattenfassade auf der Sud- und Nordseite ist zu planen.Awards
