Objektplanung gemass SS 34 HOAI,B. Fachplanung Technischer Ausrustung gemass SS 55 HOAI in allen Anlagengruppen,E. Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gemass SS 51 HOAI,F. Fachplanung Bauphysik (gemass AHO Schriftenreihe Nr. 23; Warmeschutz, Schallschutz und Raumakustik gemass HOAI Anlage 1.2 zu SS 3),G. Fachplanung Brandschutz gemass Schriftenreihe Nr. 17 AHO,H. Objektplanung Freianlagenplanung gemass SS 39 HOAI,I. Gutachterliche Leistungen zur Schadstoffanalyse/-sanierung gemass Leistungsbild.Das Gebaude der Stadthalle Haiger wird seit seiner Errichtung in den 70er Jahren als Versammlungsstatte genutzt. Die Nutzung des Gebaudes gliedert sich in 3 Nutzungsbereiche. Der Grossteil des Gebaudes dient der Nutzung Versammlungsstatte. Im Erdgeschoss des nordlichen Gebaudeteils ist ein Gastronomiebetrieb angesiedelt und der nordostliche Gebaudeteil wird zu Wohnzwecken mit 2 Wohneinheiten genutzt. Des Weiteren stehen im Kellergeschoss weitere Gemeinschaftsraume zur Verfugung (inkl. Kegelbahn, Umkleiden, Sanitarraumen).Ende der 90er Jahre wurde das Kolleg als Anbau auf dem bestehenden Flachdach erganzt. Es beinhaltet einen weiteren Versammlungsraum.Awards
