Der Anfang letzten Jahrhunderts von der Winzerkeller Genossenschaft errichtete Weinkeller soll zu einem zentralen Anlaufpunkt fur die Besucher der Rotweinstadt Ingelheim werden. In denkmalgeschutzten Gebaude werden neben dem Tourismusburo eine Gaststatte und eine Vinothek errichtet. Die ehemalige Keltehalle wird zu einem neuen Innengarten, die Weinkeller sollen fur Veranstaltungen genutzt werden. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die im Zuge der Realisierung der Baumassnahme erforderlichen Rohbauarbeiten, Abbrucharbeiten und Tiefbauarbeiten. Die besondere Herausforderung der Arbeiten besteht darin, dass die Bauarbeiten in besonderen historischen Gebaudebestand durchzufuhren sind.
