Es handelt sich um Kompetenzentwicklungsmassnahmen in Form von Prasenzkursen. Die Kurse vermitteln Kompetenzen fur die Beratung, Steuerung und das Management von GIZ Auftragen. Die Teilnehmer/innen sind in der Regel international tatige Fachkrafte, die sich auf eine neue Tatigkeit vorbereiten oder ihre Kenntnisse im Management von GIZ Auftragen vertiefen wollen. Im Mittelpunkt der Kurse stehen unterschiedliche konzeptionelle Vorstellungen und ein gescharfter Blick fur das im jeweiligen Landerkontext Machbare.
