Das Baugrundstuck zwischen der Ausseren Spitalhofstrasse und der Haitzingerstrasse in Passau hat einer Grosse von 2 000 qm und fallt in Nordsudrichtung um ca. 12 m ab.Das Gebaude ist in Stahlbetonskelettbauweise mit einem zentralen Stahlbetonkern uber erdberuhrenden Aussenwanden aus WU-Stahlbeton, einer Flachdachabdichtung aus Kunststoffbahnen und einer Fassade in Aluminiumelementbauweise mit Dreischeibenisolierverglasung geplant.Der Innenausbau erfolgt uberwiegend in Trockenbauweise.Das Gebaude wird uber eine Luftwarmepumpe und VRV Inneneinheiten beheizt. Die Luftung erfolgt uber ein dezentrales Luftungssystem in den Fassadenbrustungen. Die verbleibenden Aussenanlagen haben eine Flache von 1 140 qm.Awards
