Mit Datum vom 12.4.2018 liegt ein bestatigtes Raumprogramm mit insgesamt 414 m2 NF vor. Der Nutzflachenanteil fur das Forstamt betragt 239 qm und fur das Gemeindeburo 105 qm. Die Objektplanungen: Gebaude und Innenraume sowie Freianlagen sind beauftragt und werden vom Potsdamer Buro Kuhn - von Kaehne und Lange erarbeitet. Eine Baugenehmigung liegt bereits vom 8.5.2017 vor. Die Gesamtkosten fur das Bauvorhaben werden aktuell auf 1 597 752,10 EUR netto beziffert.Awards
