Die geplante Tuchfiltration wird in bauseits errichteten Betonbecken montiert. Die Tuchfiltration dient zur Abtrennung feinstpartikularer Pulveraktivkohlefraktionen aus dem Ablauf eines Sedimentationsbeckens der geplanten Adsorptionsstufe.Gegenstand des Auftrages ist die Lieferung und Montage, sowie die Wartung uber 4 Jahre der maschinellen Ausrustung der Tuchfiltration auf der Klaranlage Lahr. Die E-MSR-Technik ist Gegenstand eines separaten Auftrags.Die geplante Tuchfiltration soll aus drei Tuchfiltermodulen im parallelbetrieb bestehen. Die Tuchfiltration ist auf einen Teilstrombetrieb von max. ca. 350 l/s (ca. 50 % des max. Klaranlagenzuflusses) aus-zulegen. Die erforderliche Filterflache der Tuchfiltermodule ist vom AN zu berechnen bzw. zu dimen-sionieren. Die Tuchfiltermodule sollen aus der erforderlichen Anzahl an Filterscheiben bestehen auf denen das geplante Mikrofaser Polstofffiltertuch montiert ist. Die Filterscheiben sollen auf einem Zentralrohr sitzen und sind daruber zu einer drehbaren Einheit zusammen zu fassen. Das Abwasser soll aus der Filterkammer durch das Mikrofaser Polstofffiltertuch in die Filterscheiben stromen, anschliessend uber das Zentralrohr und den Steigschacht in den Ablauf. Die Reinigung der Mikrofaser Polstoff-filtertucher hat uber Filterabsaugeinrichtungen zu geschehen. Der Filtrationsprozess soll wahrend der Filterreinigung nicht unterbrochen werden.Awards
