Das Gebaude besteht im Westen aus 3 Geschossen, der Osten ist2 geschossig, es ist nicht unterkellert. Durch das Grundstuck verlauft im Osten die offentlich genutzte Erschliessung der Fussganger und Radfahrerunterfuhrung in Form eines Tunnelbauwerkes, das im Zuge der Baumassnahme bis zur Dr.-Carlo-Schmid-Strasse verlangert wird.Awards
