Jedes Los erfasst hierbei ein Dienst- bzw. Schutzkleidungsstuck; dies mit Ausnahme der Lose 5 und 6, die mehrere Kleidungsstucke erfassen. Da die konkreten Bedarfsmengen der Auftraggeberin nur fur das Jahr 2019 und nicht auch schon fur die Folgejahre feststehen, werden vorliegend 12 Rahmenvereinbarungen vergeben, auf deren Grundlage und zu deren Bedingungen sodann wahrend der Laufzeit Einzelabrufe erfolgen. Neben Verkauf und Lieferung sind losbezogene weitere Pflichten zur Grossenanpassung sowie zur Vorhaltung eines Reparaturservices fur die gesamte Tragedauer des Produkts Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung (s. Anlage Leistungsverzeichnis). Die 12 Rahmenvereinbarungen sind exklusiv ausgestaltet.Weitere Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen.Awards
