Der Neubau mit ca. 180 Wohnheimplatzen wird voraussichtlich zum Jahreswechsel 2020/2021 beginnen. Gesamtfertigstellung Beginn Wintersemester 2022/2023. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die nachfolgenden Fachplanungsleistungen: -- technische Ausrustung HLS KG 410, 420, 430 und 480 HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1-3, 4 (teilweise) und 5-9, -- technische Ausrustung ELT KG 440 und 450 HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1-3 und 5-9, -- Tragwerksplanung HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1-6.
