Die Neuaufstellung ist durch die Neukonstituierung der Verbandsgemeinde zum 1.1.2017 erforderlich geworden. Die Verbandsgemeinde Oberes Glantal hat eine Flache von 15 750 ha und besteht aus 23 Ortsgemeinden mit etwa 29 000 Einwohnern.Die Vergabe erfolgt in zwei getrennten Verfahren1) - Neuaufstellung eines Flachennutzungsplanes und2) - Neuaufstellung des Landschaftsplanes.Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist Los 1 - die Neuaufstellung des Flachennutzungsplans (Planungsleistungen i.S.d.
