Er beinhaltet die Funktionen (i) Mensa/Verpflegung Sonnentauschule, (ii) Nachmittagsbetreuung der Sonnentauschule, (iii) Familienverein Tausendfussler e.V., (iv) U3-Betreuung bestehend aus 3 Gruppen a 12 Kindern und (v) weitere Vereinsraume. Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Leistungen der Fachplanung-Techn. Gebaudeausrustung der Anlagengruppe 1 (Abwasser,Wasser und Gasanlagen) bis 3 (Lufttechnischen Anlagen) (Los1) und der Anlagengruppe 4 (Starkstrom) bis 6 (Forderanlagen) (Los 2) i. S. V. SS 53 HOAI. Der AG behalt sich vor,die Arbeiten losweise an unterschiedliche Auftragnehmer zu vergeben. Der Auftrag wird stufenweise vergeben siehe II.2.4. Die vorlaufigen anrechenbaren Kosten betragen gemass SS 54 HOAI je Los 360 000 EU (netto).Awards
