Buying entity🇩🇪 Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Zentrale Publication date2020-12-24 DescriptionDer BLB NRW beabsichtigt die Leistungen des technischen Facility Managements in der Niederlassung Munster fur das LAFP/PP sowie fur den Regionalbereich Warendorf fur Instandsetzungen < 10 000,00 EUR und Wartungen im Rahmen von technischen Facility-Management-Vertragen aus zuschreiben (siehe auch Datei Verfahrensbeschreibung TFM-Konzept).Neben einer Gesamtverantwortung fur die Wirtschaftseinheiten mit Objektleitung, technischen Betriebsfuhrung, Wartungen und Instandsetzungen werden vom Dienstleister insbesondere Anforderungen an die Transparenz der Leistungs- und Kostenverfolgung, die Qualitatssicherung und die Verfugbarkeit als Objektmannschaft gestellt.Weiterhin hat der DL Aufgaben in der Einweisung und Koordination von Fremdfirmen vor Ort, z. B. von Rahmenvertragspartnern, die im Auftrag des BLB NRW zum Einsatz kommen.
