Versorgungszentrum und Energiezentrale sowie Aussenanlagen mit Infrastrukturmassnahmen, optional auch fur die Errichtung eines Bildungszentrums und den Abbruch des Bestandsklinikums. Neben dem Auftraggeber sind samtliche projektbeteiligte Bauunternehmen und Dienstleister, inkl. Planer, zu versichern. Im Ergebnis des Vergabeverfahrens ist eine 100 %-ige Deckung unter Beteiligung von einem oder mehreren Versicherer/n (offene Mitversicherung) zu erreichen. Bewerbungen und Angebote uber Mitversicherungsquoten (Fuhrungs-/Beteiligungsquoten) sind daher ausdrucklich zugelassen.
