Dazu bedarf es folgender baulicher Massnahmen:1. Erweiterungsbau mit einer Bruttogeschossflache von ca. 1.500 m2 und einem Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 6.550 m32. Umbau im Bestand mit einer Bruttogeschossflache von ca. 350 m2 und einem Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 1.050 m3Erweiterungsbau zum Einbau einer Schulmensa mit Frischkuche bis 1000 Essen und zugehorigen Personalbereich, sowie Betreuungsraume fur die offene Ganztagesschule und den Hort, jeweils mit Nebenraumen. Der neue Eingangsbereich im Erweiterungsbau wird genutzt, um uber einen Aufzug das Erd- und Obergeschoss der Schulanlage barrierefrei zu erschliessen.Der Anschluss des neuen Erweiterungsbaus macht Eingriffe in den Bestand notig: Sanierung des erdgeschossigen Umkleide- und Toilettenbereiches der bestehenden Turnhalle. Anbindung des Erweiterungsbaus uber eine Verbindungsbrucke an das bestehende Schulhaus im OG. Damit verbunden sind technische Neustrukturierungen bestehender Anlagen wie Luftungsanlagen, Trinkwasserversorgung, Regenwasserversickerung, Massnahmen zum baulichen Brandschutz.Awards
