Rasterkraftmikroskopie), ein IR-Spektrometer (IR = Infrarot), eine GCMS-Anlage (GCMS = Gaschromatographie gekoppelt mit Massenspektrometrie) und ein IR-Applikationslasersystem aktualisiert und mit zusatzlichen Modulen ausgestattet werden. Des Weiteren soll der Arbeitsplatz zur Gefahrdungsbeurteilung mit einer Kryokugelmuhle, einem Farb-Glanz-Struktur-Kombinationsmessgerat, einem Ultraschall-Schichtdickenmessgerat, einem Spektralfluorometer, einem Shore-Harte-Messgerat und einer Ultramikrowaage ausgerustet werden. Die folgenden Vergabeunterlagen inklusive des Leistungsverzeichnisses betreffen die Aufrustung eines bestehenden IR-Mikroskops mit einer ATR-Einheit.Awards
