Es ist vorgesehen, diesen Klassenraumbestand beider Schulen und den Zugangs/Pausenhallenbereich des Gymnasiums zu entfernen und durch Neubauten zu ersetzen. Nach Durchfuhrung eines Architektenwettbewerbs existiert hieruber schon die Planung fur 3 Neubaukorper. Parallel zu den Neubaumassnahmen ist die Sanierung des Gebaudebestandes geplant. Die Realisierung der Gesamtmassnahme soll in Bauabschnitten (Bauteil 1, 2 und 3 sowie Sanierungsteilen) erfolgen. Der Schulbetrieb ist wahrend der Neubau- und Sanierungsmassnahmen aufrecht zu erhalten. Die Fertigstellung der Gesamtmassnahme ist fur den Sommer 2019 geplant. Der jetzige Ausschreibungsgegenstand umfasst die Baumassnahmen des 2. Bauabschnitts.Awards
