Hierfur wurden 3 Bauabschnitte gebildet, wobei der erste BA bereits realisiert + abgeschlossen ist. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Sanierung der Turnhalle. Der BA 2 besteht aus der Generalsanierung des Hauptgebaudes. Dieser Bauabschnitt wurde wiederum in 2 Unterbauabschnitte (BA 2a und BA 2b) untergliedert. In dem sich nicht in der Generalsanierung befindlichen Teilbereich herrscht Schulbetrieb. Derzeit wird der BA 2a saniert, die voraussichtliche Fertigstellung ist am 31.8.2018. Der BA 2b hat noch nicht mit der Ausfuhrung begonnen. Beauftragt werden sollen nun die Grundleistungen der Lph. 5-9 des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebaude + Innenraume gem. SS 34 Abs. 3 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. Anl. 10 Nr. 10.1, soweit diese noch nicht erbracht sind. Ferner als Besondere Leistungen die Mitwirkung bei der Beantragung von Fordermitteln, die Bestandsaufnahme sowie die Uberwachung der Mangelbeseitigung in Leistungsphase 9.Awards
