Geplant ist die Sanierung der bestehenden Grundschule, Turnhalle und Bibliothek sowie die Erweiterung um einen Schulneubau und der Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle. Gleichfalls sollen die Aussensportanlagen dem gestiegenen Bedarf angepasst und ertuchtigt werden. Das zukunftige Grundschulzentrum wird durch eine 5-zugige Grundschule mit 20 Klassenraumen und zugehorigen Fachunterrichtsraumen sowie eine 2-Feldsporthalle gebildet. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 3 000 m2 NFL und Bibliothek. Der Finanzierungsbedarf wird auf rd. 15,3 Mio. EUR orientiert. Das Bauvorhaben soll mit Fordermitteln anteilig finanziert werden. Die Realisierung (Planung und Ausfuhrung) soll 2019 ... 2021 erfolgen. Die Planungsleistungen sollen Losweise vergeben werden (Los 1 Gebaudeplanung direkt an den Wettbewerbssieger).Awards
