Die im Gebaude installierte Technische Ausrustung ist verschlissen und soll bei annahernd gleicher Nutzung instandgesetzt werden. Fachplanung Instandsetzung der Technischen Ausrustung fur Raumlufttechnik und Sanitar. Leistungsphasen 3 -8 nach HOAI im Rahmen einer stufenweisen Beauftragung. Grundlage fur die Planung ist die Umsetzung der Anforderungen aus der bestehenden Anlagentechnik (Medienvolumen). Planungsschwerpunkt ist die Wirtschaftlichkeit in Realisierung und Betrieb. Die Realisierung erfolgt in Bauabschnitten. Das Gebaude ist mit Beginn des 1. Bauabschnitts stillgelegt. Geplanter Baubeginn ist Ende 2018 und Inbetriebnahme des 1. Bauabschnitts Mitte 2020. Die Einhaltung der Gesamtbaukosten und Termine hat hochste Prioritat. Durch den Bauherren wird zunachst eine Planungsfreigabe zur Erarbeitung der Leistungsphasen 3 - 4 erteilt.Awards
