Neben dem Thermengebaude wird eine neue Tiefgarage errichtet. Die neuen Gebaudeteile nehmen einen Grossteil des Grundstuckes ein. Beim Abbruch wurde das Blockheizkraftwerk im Sudwesten belassen und prov. uberdacht. Dieses ist wahrend der Massnahme weiterhin in Betrieb und soll in die spatere Therme integriert werden.Bis Mitte 2023 soll der Rohbau fertiggestellt sein. Die Holzbauarbeiten der Therme sollen durch das vorgehende Gewerk Holzbauarbeiten bis Ende 2023 abgeschlossen sein. Die Elektroarbeiten Starkstrom fur die Neue Therme Oberstdorf beinhalten Eigenstromversorgungs- undNiederspannungsschaltanlagen, Messeinrichtungen, Beleuchtung und Installationsgerate.Awards
