Bauabschnitt sind folgende Massnahmen vorgesehen: -- Verlegung der Ver- und Entsorgungsleistungen, -- Fundamente und Erdarbeiten fur die Uberdachung der Gegengerade, -- Stahlkonstruktion der Uberdachung Gegengerade einschl. Dach und Ruckwandverkleidung, -- Ausstattung des Stadionumgangs mit Sanitaranlagen und Verkaufsstanden, -- Befestigung (Pflaster / Asphalt) des oberen Stadionumgangs gem. DFB-Auflagen, -- Sanierung Marathontor, -- Sanierung und Neubau neuer Umkleide- Dusch- und WC-Anlagen im westlichen Bereich unter der Tribune, Sanierung und Neugestaltung der vorhandenen Stadion-WC-Anlage sowie Teilausbau der Heizungs-, Luftungs- und Technikanlage. Die Planungsleistungen des 1. Bauabschnitts sind Inhalt des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens. Die Vergabestelle behalt sich vor, Planungsleistungen fur weitere Bauabschnitte auf Basis dieses Vergabeverfahrens zu beauftragen.Awards
