Die Sanierung (ca. 8,87 Mio. Euro brutto) umfasst: Die Verbesserung des Warmeschutzes durch Erneuerung der Fenster einschl. Warmedammung der Fensternischen und die Instandsetzung des Sonnenschutzes, Die Sanierung der Sanitarbereiche und samtliche Rohrleitungen des Gebaudes, Die Herstellung einer EDV-Verkabelung im ganzen Gebaude. Der Neubau (ca. 5,59 Mio. Euro brutto) umfasst: Es ist ein behindertengerechter Neubau mit ca. 2.200m2 Hauptnutzflache fur die Berufschulstufe erforderlich.Awards
