Der Neubau ist fur die Hortbetreuung von bis zu 205 Kindern ausgelegt. Grundlage fur die Raumnutzung ist ein offenes padagogisches Konzept. Ein wesentliches Kriterium in der Aufgabenstellung stellt die Umsetzung eines stadtebaulichen Konzeptes dar, welches die zukunftige Entwicklung eines ganzheitlichen Bildungsstandortes ermoglicht. Das Konzept soll beinhalten, dass die Sporthalle mit als Ausweichquartier bei der Schulsanierung genutzt werden kann. Die Gesamtkosten des Bauvorhabens (KG 100-700) werden mit 3 192 695,00 EUR netto geschatzt. Mit der Erbringung der LP 1+2 war das Architekturburo Brenncke, Schwerin beauftragt. Deren Vorplanung, hier: Erlauterungsbericht und Zeichnungen, sind den Unterlagen fur den Teilnahmewettbewerb beigefugt. Diese Vorplanung ist inhaltlich mit dem Nutzer abgestimmt.Awards
