Diese Anlage ermoglicht erstmals anwendungsnahe wissenschaftliche Arbeiten zu funktionsintegrierenden Leichtbauweisen fur Werkstoffverbunde aus Leichtmetallen in Kombination mit thermoplastischen Polymeren (hybride Leichtbaustrukturen). Hierbei steht die unmittelbare prozesstechnische Vernetzung 4 unterschiedlicher additiver Fertigungsverfahren (integrierte vollautomatisierte Fertigungszelle) im Mittelpunkt der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten.Die e-Manufacturing-Anlage gestattet in der finalen Ausfuhrung die hochprazise Herstellung komplexer hybrider Leichtbaustrukturen in einem mehrstufigen generativen Fertigungsverfahren unter Einsatz des Selective Laser Melting (SLM), des Laser Metal Deposition (LMD), dem Arburg Kunststoff-Freiformen (AKF) sowie dem Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). Die so entstehende Kombinationsanlage soll im Rahmen kunftiger Forschungsvorhaben durch neuartige Aufbaustrategien fur hybride Bauteilstrukturen, angepasste Temperier- und Belichtungsmethoden sowie Mehrphasen-Aufbausysteme erganzt werden.Die hier zu beschaffende erste Anlagenkomponente Selective Laser Melting - SLM ist gekennzeichnet durch eine hohe konstruktiv-technologische Entwicklungsreife und soll ein Produkt aus einem weitgehend standardisierten Lieferprogramm eines ausgewiesenen Systemanbieters sein. Daruber hinaus soll die SLM-Anlage mechanisch und steuerungstechnisch mit den weiteren Anlagenkomponenten koppelbar sein.Awards
