Geplant ist ein Ersatzneubau an Stelle der vorhandenen Kita, d. h. auf dem vorhandenen Grundstuck.Dabei ist beachtenswert, dass der Weiterbetrieb der Einrichtung wahrend der Bauzeit weitestgehend erhalten bleiben soll/muss.Die ,,Tagespflege" ist nicht Gegenstand der Baumassnahme, befindet sich aber wie die Kita in Tragerschaft des DRK und hat funktionalen Bezug. Das Motto ,,Wir sind Kinder einer Welt" ist nicht nur soziales und padagogisches Programm fur den Betrieb der Einrichtung, sondern auch der Anspruch an die Architektur und funktionale bauliche Gestaltung.Mit dem Neubau soll ausserdem eine bedarfsgerechte Kapazitatserweiterung auf 135 Kindergarten- und 54 Kinderkrippenkinder erfolgen.Weitere Projektbeschreibungen sind in den Unterlagen enthalten.Maximale Gesamtbaukosten ca. 6,0 Mio. EUR (brutto).Das Projekt soll in den Jahren 2019 - 2020 realisiert werden.Awards
