Das Raumprogramm mit einer Nutzflache von ca. 9 700 qm umfasst einen grossen und einen kleinen Konzertsaal (grosser Konzertsaal mit ca. 1 800 Sitzplatz, kleiner Konzertsaal mit ca. 600 Sitzplatze) und einen Werkstatt-Saal (mit ca. 200 Sitzplatze). Die drei Auffuhrungsorte sollen hochste akustische Anforderungen erfullen. Neben den Konzertsalen sind Foyer, Gastronomie, Laden und Buros vorgesehen sowie ein Stutzpunkt der Hochschule fur Musik und Theater Munchen und ein ,,Education-Bereich" fur die Musikvermittlung fur Kinder und Erwachsene. Unter dem Gebaude wird eine mehrgeschossige Tiefgarage mit ca. 400 PKW Stellplatzen erreichtet. Fur die Realisierung bis zur Genehmigung der Haushaltsunterlage Bau ist von einem Kostenrahmen von ca. 300 Mio. EU auszugehen. Die Fertigstellung ist spatestens 2026 angestrebt.Awards
