Dabei gilt es den Brandschutz im Objekt durch Schottungen der Geschossdecken den gesetzlichen Erfordernissen anzupassen bzw. herzustellen. Ebenso ist die Sanierung des vorh. Flachdaches vorgesehen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, einen Generaluberwacher zu beauftragen, der fur folgende Planungsleistungen verantwortlich ist: -- Planungsleistungen, Kostengruppe 300 (Bauwerk - Baukonstruktionen), SS 34, LPH 1-8, -- Technische Ausrustung, Kostengruppe 400 (Bauwerk - Technische Anlagen), SS 55 HOAI, LPH 1-8, Anlagengruppen: 1) Wasser-, Abwasser- und Gasanlagen; 2) Warmeversorgungsanlagen; 3) Lufttechnische Anlagen; 4) Starkstromanlage; 5) Fernmelde- und Informationstechnische Anlagen; 6) Forderanlagen.Awards
