Im Herzen dieses Stadtquartiers befinden sich 3 denkmalgeschutzte Gebauden der ENKA-Werke - darunter das ehemalige Werkstatt- und Kantinengebaude des ENKA-Werkes. Die Stadt Kelsterbach hat im Rahmen eines stadtebaul. Vertrages dieses denkmalgeschutzte Gebaude, in dem sich reprasentative Raume, eine Kuche, ein grosser Veranstaltungssaal sowie im hinteren Teil eine Werkstatt befinden, zu Eigentum ubernommen. Fur einen Verkauf und fur eine Nachnutzung dieses Kantinen- und Werkstattgebaudes wird nunmehr das vorliegende Vergabeverfahren durchgefuhrt.Awards
