Der Regionalmanager entwickelt auf Grund des vorliegenden Regionalen Entwicklungskonzeptes Losungen und Aktivitaten zur Umsetzung der im Regionalen Entwicklungskonzept erkannten Ziele. Die Leistungen des Regionalmanagement umfassen: -- Koordination des Gesamtprozesses; Projektmanagement; insbesondere Beratung der Projekttrager, Projektkonzipierung und Projektsteuerung, Technische und organisatorische Unterstutzung der Projekte, Organisation von Projektgruppensitzungen, Koordination und Begleitung der Projektumsetzung; ein wichtiger Schwerpunkt liegt bei der Fordermittelberatung und Fordermittelakquise; Vorbereitung von Antragstellungen, Moderation und Konfliktarbeit; Offentlichkeitsarbeit; Dokumentation und Berichtswesen.Awards
