Das Gebaude besteht aus 2 nichtunterkellerten Hauptgeschossen, die durch ein steil geneigtes, an den Stirnseiten abgewalmtes Satteldach, abgeschlossen werden. Das Dachgeschoss wird nicht weiter genutzt und bleibt in Zukunft ein Kaltdach. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus unregelmassigem Bruchsteinmauerwerk, das Obergeschoss wurde als zweiriegelige Fachwerkkonstruktion ausgebildet. Im gesamten Gebaude sind Holzbalkendecken vorhanden, mit Ausnahme einiger Teilbereiche, in denen sich Tonnengewolbe befinden. 1937 wurde das wurde das Gebaudeensemble in die Landesdenkmalliste eingetragen und zahlt zu den ausgewahlten Objekten fur das Unesco-Welterbe-Projekt Montanregion Erzgebirge. Der Gesamtkostenumfang des Bauvorhabens umfasst ca. 250 000 EUR. Die Baumassnahme ist in 20 Lose und somit auch in 20 Gewerke unterteilt. Ein Grossteil der Bauleistungen erfolgt 2017.Awards
