Das Anwendungsfeld liegt in der Mikro- und Nanoprozessierung, vornehmlich mit Liftoff-Prozessen. Zur Probenreinigung muss eine Ionenquelle installiert werden. Daruber hinaus muss die Anlage die nachtragliche Installation von 2 Sputterquellen erlauben. Vakuumtechnik und Prozesse mussen vollautomatisiert sein, wobei Prozesse alternativ auch manuell kontrollierbar sein mussen. Die Anlage muss mit einem um 2 Achsen schwenkbaren Probenhalter ausgestattet sein, Hohenverstellung ist erwunscht.Awards
