Als Standort fur das neu zu errichtende Gebaude wurde ein unbebautes Grundstuck im Industrie- und Gewerbegebiet Kirchmoser Sud ausgesucht. Es befindet sich sudlich der Strasse Am Lokwerk zwischen den Strassen Am Gleisdreieck und Zur Drehscheibe in fur die Belange des Feuerwehr- und Rettungsdienstes gunstiger Lage. Bei der Planung soll eine Erweiterungsmoglichkeit der Feuerwache mitberucksichtigt werden. Ferner sollen die Planungsleistungen auf der bereits fur die Objektplanung Gebaude und Innenraume erstellten Vorplanung basieren bzw. diese fortfuhren. Die fur das Bauvorhaben erforderlichen Planungsleistungen werden in dem hiesigen Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb vergeben. Die Vergabe erfolgt los- und stufenweise.Awards
