Die Unterstutzung der Gewinnung und Vermittlung der Pflegekrafte durch die ZAV und die Zusammenarbeit mit den Arbeitsverwaltungen vor Ort, die vorbereitenden und flankierenden Massnahmen zielen dabei auf folgende Kernpunkte ab: a) Partnerschaftliches Mobilitatsmanagement durch transparent und standardisiert koordinierte Vermittlungsprozesse; b) Integrationsprozesse absichern durch fachliche und sprachliche Prufung/Vorbereitung & bedarfsorientierte Begleitung; c) Flankierende Massnahmen zur Absicherung der entwicklungspolitischen Unbedenklichkeit (WHO Kodex) und zur Maximierung der positiven Effekte fur die Herkunftslander der Fachkrafte; d) Langfristig: Erprobung einer Infrastruktur fur Fachkraftemobilitat durch Abstimmung der Ausbildungsstandards & des Mobilitatsmanagements.Awards
