Dabei beschafft der Landkreis Giessen sowohl fur seinen eigenen Bedarf (Los 1 und Los 2 - Option) als auch im Auftrag der teilnehmenden Stadte (Lose 3 bis 5). Der Landkreis Giessen beabsichtigt eine eigene vertragliche Bindung nur fur das Los 1 und das optionale Los 2. Fur die ubrigen Lose kommt mit Zuschlagerteilung jeweils ein eigener Vertrag mit der jeweiligen Stadt zustande.Die Vergabe kann nur einheitlich auf alle Lose insgesamt erfolgen. Eine Vergabe nur einzelner Lose ist nicht vorgesehen. Dementsprechend ist auch die Abgabe von Angeboten lediglich auf einzelne Lose unzulassig.Awards
