Hierzu werden in Oberhausen bereits verschiedene Massnahmen zur Radverkehrsforderung umgesetzt. Zur Planung und Priorisierung von geeigneten Massnahmen fehlt es in vielen Fallen aber an geeigneten Grundlagendaten. Insbesondere Information zu gefahren Radrouten und Radverkehrsbelastungen auf den einzelnen Strecken fehlen. Das Ziel dieses Projektes ist, durch eine GPS-Datenerfassung und Auswertung von gefahrenen Radrouten eine geeignete Datengrundlage zu schaffen. Die erfassten Radverkehrsdaten ermoglichen ein besseres Radverkehrsmanagement und die Evaluation von Massnahmen zur Forderung des Radverkehrs.Hierzu werden die nachfolgenden 2 Lose ausgeschrieben:1) Smartphone App, Datenanalysetool und Online Radroutenplaner zur Radnavigation und Radroutenerfassung (Lizenz 5 Jahre);2) Promotion-/Marketingkampagne zur Erhohung der Smartphone-Nutzerzahlen.Awards
