Hierzu soll hinter die alte Mauer eine neue Gebaut werden. Die alte Mauer bleibt stehen und soll mit saniert werden. Das Baufeld ist durch die alte Mauer und die im Abstand von ca. 4 m stehenden Hauser sehr eng begrenzt. Folgende Arbeiten mussen ausgefuhrt werden: Abbrucharbeiten (Decke, Wand, Bodenplatte), Kanal und Dranageverlegung, Bau der neuen Hochwasserschutzmauer aus Stahlbeton, gegrundet auf Kleinbohrpfalen, Abdichtungsarbeiten (Balkondecke), Absturzsicherung (Fullstabgelander), Sanierungsarbeiten an der bestehenden Hochwasserschutzmauer.Awards
