Fur die Umsetzung des Funktions- und Raumprogrammes ist es erforderlich den bestehenden Bauteil V abzubrechen und durch einen vergrosserten Ersatzneubau optimale Bedingungen fur die strukturellen Anforderungen des Krankenhausbetriebes zu schaffen. Die Funktionsstellen IMC, Speisenversorgung und Technikzentrale werden im Bestand des St. Anna Krankenhauses nachgewiesen. Die Arbeiten mussen bei laufendem Krankenhausbetrieb erfolgen. Der zu bearbeitende Umfang kann mit ca. 5 000 m2 Grundflache und 19 300 m3 BRI angenommen werden.Awards
