V. einen Neubau der bestehenden Einrichtung. Zur finanziellen Unterstutzung des Vorhabens werden voraussichtlich (Fach-)Fordermittel in Anspruch genommen. Aufgrund der Abhangigkeit zur Einhaltung der Forderbestimmungen ist die AWO verpflichtet, den im Forderantrag angezeigten Mittelabfluss zu gewahrleisten.Der geplante Neubau nebst Aussenanlagen befindet sich in der Johann-Sebastian-Bach- Strasse 9, zentral in der Ortslage. Das Grundstuck liegt in der Gemarkung Grossrohrsdorf, umfassend das Flurstuck 1658.Mit der baulichen Massnahme soll die soziale Infrastruktur, hier Strukturen der Daseinsvorsorge im Schwerpunkt Bildung und Betreuung langfristig verbessert und gesichert werden.Das Verfahren wird als offenes Verfahren gemass SS 15 VgV i. V. SS 97 ff. GWB durchgefuhrt. Ziel ist die Zuschlagserteilung der losweisen Leistungsbilder gemass SSSS 34 ff. HOAI (Objektplanung Gebaude), SSSS 38 ff. HOAI (Freianlagen) i. V. SSSS 41 ff. HOAI (Ingenieurleistungen, Gruppe 2), SSSS 49 ff. HOAI (Tragwerksplanung), SSSS 53 ff. HOAI (Technische Ausrustung, Anlagengruppen 1 bis 5) fur die Planung und Umsetzung des Vorhabens ,,Neubau Kita Bummiland Grossrohrsdorf".Awards
