Die Schulimmobilien umfassen samtliche fur schulische Zwecke genutzten Grundstucke und Gebaude der staatlichen und beruflichen Schulen. Die Grundstucksflache betragt etwa 9 100 000 m2 und die Hauptnutzungsflache etwa 3 100 000 m2. In dieser Tatigkeit wurde Schulbau Hamburg beauftragt, die Sanierung Beruflichen Schule G 1 am Standort Angerstrasse 7-11 in Hamburg durchzufuhren. Hier war die Projektsteuerung ausgeschrieben.Awards
