Dieser sieht neben einem Neubau (Funktionsbau) auch den Umbau des bestehenden K-Baus vor. Der Funktionsbau soll neben der Verwaltung, einem Konferenzzentrum und der Personalspeisenversorgung, das Sozialpadiatrische Zentrum und die Zentrale Sterilgutversorgung beherbergen. Der im Jahr 2005 erstellte K-Bau ist an den bestehenden Klinikaltbau angedockt und soll umgenutzt werden. Er soll zukunftig u. a. Flachen fur Apotheke, Arztdienst- und Pflegebereich, orthopadische Werkstatt, OP-Bereich, Laboranlagen, Augenklinik und Ambulanz bieten. Fur beide Lose sollen die Planungsleistungen bestehend aus den Objektplanungsleistungen gemass HOAI SS34, den Tragwerksplanungsleistungen gemass HOAI SS51 und den Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrustung gem. HOAI SS 55, wie in dieser Bekanntmachung beschrieben, vergeben werden.Awards
