DasBeschaffungsvorhaben umfasst die Lieferung der neuen Hardware und Software sowie die Lieferung desSupportes fur 36 Monate durch den Hersteller. Vor Auslieferung der Systeme soll das Assembling derHardware, die Installation der Software bzw. ein Software Update auf einen zu vereinbarenden Stand sowieein ,,Defekt bei Ankunft"-Test erfolgen. Bei Defekt soll unverzuglich ein Ersatz vorgenommen werden. EineUnterstutzungsleistung bei der Standortumstellung ist ebenfalls Bestandteil des Auftrages und soll dietermingerechte Lieferung der Komponenten, Auspacken und Entsorgung der Verpackung umfassen. Weiterhinsollen die neuen Systeme parallel zu den alten Systemen eingebaut und gelabelt werden. Die Alt-Systemesollen entkabelt werden, die neuen Systeme verkabelt und es soll eine Dokumentation der neuen Verkabelungerstellt werden. Die alten Systeme sollen ausgebaut werden, die Konfigurationen geloscht und die Gerate furdas Trade-In dokumentiert und vorbereitet werden. Das Trade-In soll ebenfalls Bestandteil des Auftrages sein.Awards
