Im Rahmen der Periodischen Instandsetzung sollen in den Jahren 2018-2020 lnstandsetzungsmassnahmen an den Gebauden durchgefuhrt werden. Ausgeschrieben werden Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung, Technischen Ausrustung, Freianlagen und Tragwerksplanung mit folgenden wesentlichen Leistungsinhalten: Grundlagenermittlung, Vorplanung, Entwurfsplanung, ggf. Genehmigungsplanung, Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe, Objektuberwachung und Objektbetreuung (vgl. Lph 1-9 HOAI). Der AG beabsichtigt, die erforderlichen Planungsleistungen fur den Zeitraum von 3 Jahren zu vergeben, wobei die Leistungen fur die Jahre 2019 und 2020 optional beauftragt werden konnen. Der AG behalt sich vor, aus buchungstechnischen Grunden jeweils objektkonkrete Vertrage aus zu fertigen. Eine etwaige Weiterbeauftragung erfolgt bis zum Ende des jeweiligen Vorjahres.
