Der Typ 3 Seitzhalle (III) kennzeichnet die wesentlichen Merkmale der Bauserie: Sichtbare Stahlbetonkonstruktion, mit weit auskragendem Dach in Kombination mit rotem gebrannten Ziegel. Zwischen der Betontragstruktur zeichnet die Halle eine voll verglaste Langsseite aus. Gegenuberliegend ist die Halle oberhalb der Nebenraume, die sich als eingeschossiger Winkel um die Halle fugen, verglast. Das architektonische Thema der Kombination aus Stahlbeton und Sichtmauerwerk wird im Inneren des Gebaudes wieder aufgenommen, in der Halle und in den Nebenraumen in Form eines gelben Ziegelsteins. Die Betontragstruktur ist in auch in den Nebenraumen in Form von Unterzugen und Stutzen sichtbar.Awards
