Die Halle entspricht in ihrem derzeitigen Zustand nicht mehr den Anforderungen an einen modernen und zeitgemassen Schulsportunterricht bzw. schrankt die Moglichkeiten fur den Vereinshallensport ein. So lasst die derzeitige Hallengrosse z. B. die Nutzung von Ballsportarten nicht zu. Daher hat sich der Gemeinderat der Stadt Walldurn entschlossen, die derzeitige Halle abzureissen und durch eine neue 2-Feld-Sporthalle zu ersetzen.Awards
