Er hat 6 Geschosse mit je ca. 950 m2 BGF. Die Leistung soll in 2 Bauabschnitten erbracht werden, da die Flachen der 3.-5. Ebene bis Mitte des Jahres vermietet sein werden. Der erste Bauabschnitt umfasst die Leistungen in den nicht vermieteten Flachen (6.OG, KG-2.OG) unter besonderer Rucksichtnahme auf die Mieter, im zweiten Bauabschnitt werden nach Freizug das 3.-5. OG bearbeitet. Leistungsumfang: Freischalten Verbraucher und Zuleitungen in allen Ebenen Baustrom/ Baubeleuchtung in allen Ebene Baustromverteilerschrank 40 KW: ca. 9 Stk.
