Das hierfur vorgesehene Bestandsgebaude entlang der Liobastrasse wurde 1892 als Siechenhaus erbaut und hat eine Historie unterschiedlichster Nutzung hinter sich. Fur die Unterbringung des Raumprogramms mit 1-2 Zimmerapartements fur ca. 70 Personen einschl. Gemeinschaftsraumen, -kuchen und sanitaren Einrichtungen ist geplant den Bestand umzubauen und zu sanieren sowie einen Gebaudeteil sowie das Dachgeschoss abzubrechen und neu zu errichten. Kennzahlen in BGF: -- Abbruch ca. 3 200 m2; -- Sanierung ca. 2 900 m2; -- Neubau ca. 800 m2; -- Dachgeschoss ca. 1 150 m2. Die Gesamtkosten nach DIN 276 der KG 200 - 700 werden mit ca. 9 000 000 EUR brutto angenommen. Die Planung soll unmittelbar nach dem VgV Verfahren starten, Baubeginn ist im Sommer 2017 geplant. Die Bauausfuhrung soll in Abschnitten erfolgen mit Teilnutzungsaufnahmen und einer Gesamtfertigstellung bis Ende 2018.Awards
