Das Land Baden-Wurttemberg hat ein modular aufgebautes Beratungssystem fur landwirtschaftliche Betriebe eingerichtet. Gegenstand der Dienstleistungskonzession ist die Teilnahmeberechtigung an diesem Beratungssystem mit der Folge, dass die ausgewahlten Beratungsorganisationen einen je nach Beratungsmodul unterschiedlichen hohen Anteil ihre Beratungshonorars unmittelbar gegenuber dem Land Baden-Wurttemberg abrechnen konnen. Massgebend ist insoweit Art. 15 Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1305/2013 des Europaischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 17.12.2013 uber die Forderung der landlichen Entwicklung durch den Europaischen Landwirtschaftsfonds fur die Entwicklung des landlichen Raums (ELER) und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung EG (EG) Nr. 1698/2005, Amtsblatt L 347/487 vom 20.12.2013.Awards
